Apply To Play The Beaumont Music Festival

Thank you so much for your interest in performing at the Beaumont Music Festival!

We’re a 100% volunteer-managed and volunteer-staffed, not-for-profit festival with a heart for our scene—supporting and nurturing the local music community here in Edmonton, across Alberta, and across Canada.

Festival dates: June 19–20, 2026

Submissions window: October 1 to November 15, 2025.

• We receive hundreds of applications each year, so you’ll want to make sure your submission stands out. Preferences is given to performers of original music.

• We are all volunteers (who work full time jobs outside of the BMF) so we are unable to respond to all applications, and will only be reaching out to those we are interested in booking. 

Please email the following, one message is perfect, with links and files organized:

• Band/Artist bio
• A brief note about your sound, story, and what you’re excited to bring to BMF 2026
• Video links (live performance preferred)
• Audio links (streaming or EPK)
• Press photos (download links)
• Past experience (notable shows, festivals, support slots, tours)
