What to Bring (and not to bring)
What You Can Bring
Wagons & Small Coolers with Snacks
You are allowed to bring wagons to carry your stuff, plus small coolers with snacks, and sealed unopened bottled non-alcoholic beverages. These will be checked by our Front Gate professional security. All unsealed bottles containing liquids will be emptied at the gate.
Empty Refillable Water Bottle
We will have a water station on-site for filling your empty, refillable water bottle.
Low-Back Chairs
Bring a low-back, low-legged chair. These may be no higher than 26 inches off the ground, with legs/seats no higher than 8 inches from the ground. Chairs may be used at the Main Stage and Side Stage.
Blankets & Tarps
Be courteous and take the space that you need, and prep for cooler evenings with an extra blanket.
Certified Service Animals Only
The festival ground are a place of enjoyment, with loud music and crowds. As such the Festival grounds have been classified as a “no animal zone” most notably for everyone’s safety. Provincially Certified Service Animals are the exception.
Handlers and leashed service animals to be considered for entry must produce their Gov’t of AB issued service dog ID (with a current picture of both handler and service animal).
Provincial laws do not qualify emotional support animals at public venues and they will not be allowed on the festival grounds.
Check with us in advance via direct message on our socials or via our email to confirm if your service animal qualifies.
Handlers and service animals are not exempt from bad behavior. Any service dog team displaying or exhibiting bad behavior may be asked to leave.
Sunscreen & Bug Spray
Bring your own sunscreen and bug spray, and if you forget we will have some for sale at the Merch Tent.
What Not to Bring
(Trust Us, You’ll Still Have a Blast!)
Everyone entering the festival may be subject to a bag/cooler search and pat down from professional security … does that concern you? Maybe go drop some stuff back at your car! Any contraband items will be confiscated. Alcohol will be poured out (Hey it’s the law, we’d rather keep it!)
Glass containers
Unless you’re packing baby food for an actual baby (we will check for the baby), please leave your glass at home. It breaks. People step on it. It’s a whole thing.
Beachballs
They seem like a good idea… until they slam into a mic stand and your favourite singer gets a microphone to the face. Let’s save beachballs for, well… the beach.
Frisbees
Same vibe as beachballs. Great until someone loses a tooth. You’re not auditioning for the X-Games — we’re trying to protect smiles here.
Water guns
Water + sound gear = 😬💸
Water + the person next to you trying to vibe to their favourite band = 😡
Just… no.
Outside alcohol
We love a cold drink too, but the AGLC says no BYOB. We’re fully stocked, and your stash will sadly be sacrificed to the beverage gods (a.k.a. poured out).
Take it back to your car if you can.
Drugs (including cannabis)
Beaumont bylaws say public use is a no-go. If it’s prescription, it must be in a labeled bottle — mystery baggies are a hard nope.
Weapons
Honestly? If you think, “Should I bring my sword/nunchucks/battleaxe to a music festival?” the answer is always no.
We’re here for peace, not LARPing.
Pets
We know you love Fluffy. We probably would too. But loud music, big crowds, and festival chaos are no place for pets. Certified service animals with official Gov’t of Alberta ID? Absolutely yes.
Your emotional support ferret? Sadly, no.
Pro cameras & video gear
If your camera lens comes off, it stays home. But no stress — we’ll have lots of pro shots online for you to share, tag, and relive the magic.
Phone pics? Snap away!
Drones
Not only illegal over crowds, but also a real mood-killer. Keep your drone grounded.
Laser pointers
One word: OUCH. Don’t be that person.
